3. Secure Payment Methods: Use payment methods that offer buyer protection (such as cash on delivery, or recognized payment gateways). Avoid anonymous bank transfers or instant remittances (like Western Union).
4. Be Wary of Strange Messages: Beware of sellers who insist on communicating only via email or unfamiliar third-party applications, or who refuse to answer phone calls.

Safety Tips for Sellers

1. Do Not Ship Before Payment: Do not ship any item before confirming the full amount has been successfully received in your bank account or cash.
2. Fake Invoices: Beware of buyers who send you forged images of bank transfers or payment invoices via PayPal or any bank. Always verify your actual bank balance.
3. Personal Information Requests: Do not share your full banking details or your credit card verification code (CVV). Buyers only need your name and basic bank account number.
4. Safe Meeting: If you decide to meet the buyer in person, do so in a public place during daylight hours.

If you encounter a suspicious ad or are subjected to a fraud attempt, please take the following steps immediately:

Preserve Evidence: Do not delete messages, ads, or emails. Keep all contact details.
