1.3. Security Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, and you must notify us immediately of any suspected security breach.

2. Content and Posting Rules

2.1. Main Content Prohibitions:

Any illegal or counterfeit goods or services.
Content that is violent, or promotes hatred or discrimination.
Publishing the personal data of others without their explicit consent.
Manipulating the ad location or category to increase views (Spamming).

2.2. Intellectual Property Rights:

By posting content, you grant Market Skyolix a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display this content for the purposes of operating the platform.

3. Payments and Packages

3.1. Nature of Fees:

Fees paid for Featured ads or Packages are for promotion and marketing services on the platform. These fees do not guarantee sales success.

3.2. Refund Policy:

All fees paid for Premium Services are **Non-Refundable** once the service has commenced. Exceptions are made only if a technical failure in providing the agreed-upon service is proven on our part.

4. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

4.1. Platform Role: Market Skyolix is strictly an advertising intermediary. We do not own or inspect the advertised goods. Any transaction conducted is the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.

4.2. Warranty Disclaimer: The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose.

4.3. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Market Skyolix against any losses or claims arising from your breach of these terms.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (International Operation)

5.1. Governing Law:

These terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the **Arab Republic of Egypt**.

5.2. Jurisdiction:

In the event of a legal dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of **Hurghada, Egypt**.
